Network Server Installation Guide


     
  1. Go   HERE   for the rest of the installation.

  2. Once the file is downloaded, click on Run.



  3. The installation program will start up.





  4. Click on Next to begin the installation.



  5. Select the directory where the installation files will temporarily be stored. Then click Next.



  6. Review the installation summary, then click Install.



  7. The Java Runtime Environment will be loaded.



  8. The first item to be installed will be IBM's Cloudscape 10.1. This may take a few minutes to load.



  9. The Cloudscape 10.1 installation splash screen will appear in a few moments.





  10. Click Next to begin the installation process.



  11. Specify if you would like to read the release notes and then click Next.



  12. Click Next at the Release Notes screen.



  13. Accept the license agreement. Click Next.



  14. Click Next to install IBM Cloudscape to the specified directory.

    Make note of the directory you chose to install Cloudscape 10.1 as you will need this information later on.



  15. Select the "Typical" installation. Click Next.



  16. Verify the information listed and click Next to install IBM Cloudscape.



  17. Wait for the installation to complete.



  18. Click Next to continue.



  19. Click Finish.



  20. Cloudscape 10.1 is now installed on the server.
