Client Portal

The Client Portal is a one-stop shop for all Premium Pro support needs. The portal gives you 24 hour access to the latest help files, information, and updates available. You can also access WebSupport, TriTech University training and leaning modules, and the newest workbook. Click here to log in to the Client Portal using your Enterprise username and password. (Your username is usually your complete email address.)

  • Track your issue through our system until it is resolved

  • Receive email notifications when your issue is updated
